Your WINS of the day
This is one of the tools that have such an amazing effect on people's lives. To write down your wins of the day. To celebrate your valued actions, because it shows your brain what you care about, and that you celebrate that instead of trying to fix emotions and thoughts. Every day we're going to write down our three wins of the day. You can add pictures of the things. If you went to the gym, did a meditation, hung out with your friends, or worked on your business. Any win counts. Big or small. This is the first Wins of the Day post. Comment your three wins underneath.

🌱 See How Far You've Come (Audacity Progress Log)
This is your personal progress thread. One comment below is yours. You keep it forever, and you add to it every time you move forward. This is one of the most impactful posts in the community. Here's why: 🧠 Your brain turns success into normal. What was impossible six weeks ago becomes "just how things are," and then it tells you you're still stuck. ✍️ So you write it down here, where your brain can't reach it. When you feel like you're getting nowhere, you look back and see how far you came. 🌟 And you show the newer members what's possible, so they know they can do it too. ⭐ HOW IT WORKS 1️⃣ Post your Day One as a comment below. Write what you're working through, how long you've had it, and what you want to be doing. 2️⃣ Every time you move forward, add the win to that same comment. Edit your Day One comment and write your new achievement at the top, with the date. Write as much as you want. 3️⃣ Then reply to your own comment so everyone gets notified. You don't have to think about it. Just reply with something like: "New win! I signed up for the big gym today." Here's what it looks like: Day One, March 3, 2026. I've had health anxiety for six years. It got so bad I stopped going to the gym because my heart rate scared me, and I've cancelled on my friends so many times they stopped asking. I feel like I've been watching my life from the outside. I want to get back to the gym, say yes to my friends again, and feel like myself. Then as you move forward, you add each win to the top of that same comment: ✅ April 14, 2026. After hearing Star saying that me going to the Gym is taking care of me tomorrow man/woman and helps me train emotional fitness I finally signed up for the big gym, the one I'd avoided for two years. My heart was pounding the whole way in, but I did my full session and felt proud after. I never thought I'd be that person again. ✅ March 20, 2026. I went to my friend's birthday. The anxiety came with me the whole night, but I stayed, I laughed, and it didn't stop me. First party in over a year.

What a great idea ☺️ My day 1 was my first ever panic attack due to my body not been able to hold in my trauma from 2025 anymore I combusted on 25/12/25 followed by extreme anxiety, dissociation & a single intrusive thought loop that got stuck and became a default on repeat almost constantly I had panic attack after panic attack and was a shell of myself. Now 30/07/26 after understanding that my body presented with those symptoms merely to protect me and practicing stars techniques from his videos I haven’t had a panic attack in 7 weeks and when they do come I accept them and allow my body to do what it needs to do without spiralling, I’ve learnt to ‘watch and accept’ the symptoms just let them be and keep living my life whilst reminding myself this is a process my body will get there. The intrusive thought is now fleeting daily and I don’t let it bother me it can be there and I can still carry on with my day. I still get anxiety & rumination daily and at the moment I’m practicing giving my valued actions energy whilst still having the symptoms and the fear I won’t let this defeat me 🙏🏾💜✨

Great video
🌱 Post your Value Garden. I'll roast it.
🔥 I want to see your Value Garden. Post it in the comments and I'll go through it with you, one by one, and tell you exactly what's working and what's quietly holding you back. Fair warning, I'll be honest with you, because that's how you actually grow. But first, in case it hasn't fully landed yet, let me tell you why this is the exercise I want you to do before anything else. ⚙️ Whatever brought you here, the OCD, the intrusive thoughts, the anxiety that has kept you inside your own four walls, the panic, the rumination that loops after everything, the overthinking, the procrastination, the fear of what everyone thinks of you, the perfectionism, it all runs on the same engine. Your brain gives you more of whatever you engage with. Every time you try to fix the feeling or get rid of the thought, you show your brain it matters, and it hands you more. ✅ So you do not get better by fighting your symptoms. You get better by showing your brain a new signal. And you do that by living your life, based on your Value Garden. 🧱 That is why this is not a side exercise or a nice bit of life planning. It is the foundation. Your Value Garden is the map of where your energy goes instead of into your head. It is the thing every other tool in here points back to. If your garden is vague or thin, your whole recovery is standing on sand. If it is clear and alive, you always know which direction to walk, no matter what your brain throws at you that day. ⚠️ Now, do not walk away thinking the Value Garden is all you need. It is not. There are many more tools and insights coming that you need to actually get better, and I will give them to you. But this is where it starts, and it becomes your map along the way. You will keep coming back to it, and everything else I teach you will make more sense once it is built. That is why I want to see it. So let's build yours until it is solid. 📸 How to post it: 1. Take a photo of your Value Garden (the paper with your seven areas and your actions) and post it as a comment below.

@Star Taylor Thank you star for taking the time to reply here. To answer your questions; - I do 2 meditations a day mainly to relax as I am prone to insomnia so I do an evening guided sleep hypnosis meditation and focus on my breathe and body scan. I then do a morning or afternoon meditation again body scanning and lengthening the exhale to calm my nervous system. - I only joined the gym 3 weeks ago it’s a big public pure gym I had anxiety bad the first time I went and I don’t really like lifting weights probably because I don’t know how to use half of the machines but I really want to build strength so I’m hoping to increase that like you say. And I agree I would like to do more yoga so I’m going to find the time for that. - That’s a good idea about the tik tok account I will create one at the moment I just have a Instagram business account I’ve only just started posting videos but it always gives me adrenaline surges that then keep me buzzin for hours. But yes I hope to expand I know in the long run it will free up more time for my business. It can just be exhausting the list of things to do. Thank you
