Y'all know how much I love books, right? This summer I am wrapping up one of the most impactful books I've ever read for personal growth called "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron. Have you heard of it? It’s an amazing process, and self-paced way to discover and unblock your life and creativity! We adore our community, so we are inviting you to a FREE Creative Cluster (a guided 12-week journey inspired by Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way). Starting August 16, we will go through each of the weeks through the lens of entrepreneurship, creativity, and the human being behind the business, but this powerful process can be applied to anyone! As I've read it and explored uncovering my own creativity, I’ve been thinking a lot about how easy it is to get so busy running our businesses that we lose touch with the part of ourselves that wanted to create something in the first place! First, I want to thank everyone who has stuck around while we've been testing, experimenting, and figuring out exactly what we want this community to look like. I'll be running WorkLabs, helping members with basic Canva and branding tips, and hosting our staple coworking Power Hours (with the help of Amy, our amazing admin) I'm an entrepreneur myself, and I love the blend of business and creativity. Thank you everyone for joining this morning's Power Hour! @Janna Hubert not only started her to-do list, but changed her laundry and got ready for the day. @René Barlow completed a project for clients, finished early on the second sprint, and updated her calendar. @Alicen Taylor Made it for the first 15 minutes that she could, cause it's way better to be productive with a community:) I had a blast responding to client's IG accounts and knocking off some to-do's to start the day and get everything finished before the weekend. (Had a few minutes there where I got distracted, but we are really going strong to finish up the week😅) If you are struggling to complete your tasks today, keep going! You can do this!
