Excited to Track again consistently
Hi, I've been sporadically tracking since 2015 when I was diagnosed with PMDD. I tend to track bowel movements consistently, and the start of my period, but otherwise not really paying too much attention lately. I'm trying to see how diet plays a part in my digestion issues. And as I move more into a perimenopausal phase the cyclical shifts in my moods have also changed. I'm also vaguely tracking the two teens in my home. One of whom may also have PMDD, significant PMS symptoms are present. So lots going on. Hoping to find some companionship and social accountability to keep me on track.
