This is a space for women to heal from adversity, find joy, build connection, and learn from one another in a supportive community. Whether you are healing from abuse, in recovery, overcoming obstacles, or absolutely thriving, this is a place to connect with women who “get it.” Each meeting will include a short educational component, with useful information on topics such as body image, healing from abuse, boundaries, organizing your life, getting better sleep, going to the gynecologist as a survivor, reclaiming your sexuality and so much more. Most importantly, there will be time and space for every group member to share what is going on in their life, reflect, and be heard. Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you, including simply being present and listening. The group is open to all women-identifying people, including trans and nonbinary participants. We are an inclusive, sex-positive community of women healing together. ⏰ We will meet every Sunday at 8:00 PM EST.
