loose skin reta
Hi everyone, I recently lost a lot of weight with reta, and now I'm dealing with some loose skin. Does anyone know if there's a way to reduce or get rid of it without surgery? I'd really appreciate hearing about any methods that have worked for you. Thanks!

Reta instructions
Can someone please explain to me like I’m five what exact supplies I need to buy and how to prep/take Reta please? There’s some good info about it in the classroom section and sources, but I’m still confused about how to actually start taking it.

get alcoholpads 1ml insuline syringes bacwater and reta ofc you get reta in a powder form and you need to put the bac water in the vial if you have a 10mg vial of reta you do 1ml of bac water in the reta vial if you have 20mg you do 2ml etc after that store it in a fridge and you can keep it for 60-90 days
