I’m titrating to eliminating red meat and cheese. The hardest part for me is my schedule. I find I end up not eating enough or eating all my meals at the end of the day. My goal it to always have Protien if some kind with me to fill in but I miss days. A favorite healthy meal… crockpot chicken cooked in salsa, shredded and topped with face yogurt lime crème fresh in a lettuce cup. Yummy!
