I'm really asking myself how designers close their clients. Especially if the client is cold, how do you guys close them? Cuz I've been coached on how to close by grandmasters, and I see a lot of people kind of struggle with that thing, most of them are even afraid of jumping on 1-on-1 calls, do you also have this issue?

I thought mass DMs were a bad idea until I found a way to send 400+ messages/day on X without sounding like a bot. People are actually responding and I’ve booked a few quality calls this week. It’s not magic, but it works.

I'm starting to think about offering web design services to local businesses, but I'm not sure if it's smarter to choose a niche early (like restaurants, salons, or real estate) or keep things broad so I can build a more versatile portfolio.
