Hey everyone, I’ve been following the content here and just watched Loic’s breakdown of the Growth Operating model. It’s a complete game-changer compared to the 'glorified job' of SMMA. I’m currently based in Morocco and I'm 100% committed to building Creatorlab—my own infrastructure-based agency. I’m moving away from the 'service provider' mindset and shifting towards becoming a true Business Partner for creators. Since I'm just starting out with this specific model, I’d love some guidance from those who are already 'printing' or a few steps ahead: 1. Where should I focus first? (Funnels, Offer Creation, or setting up the backend on Skool?) 2. Any specific resources or SOPs you’d recommend for a beginner to avoid the common 'flops'?
