Think Like a Monk
The world teaches fast. Fast money. Fast answers. Constant stimulation. But monks move differently. They are calm, intentional, disciplined, and patient. They think long-term. They let go of excess. They commit to one mission without rushing. I’ve started my next read of Think Like a Monk, and from it I’ll be sharing simple practices with you all practices designed to slow the body down and elevate you into your higher self. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing LESS , BETTER. Today’s practice: Slow down and bring full awareness to ONE thing at a time.Notice how often the mind wants to rush or stack tasks. When you catch it, gently return to the one thing you’re doing. Examples of intentional focus: • while eating — chew slower, taste your food • while texting — read fully before responding • while talking — listen without planning your reply • while walking — feel your feet hit the ground • while breathing — follow the inhale and exhale • while thinking — finish one thought before jumping to the next • while cleaning — clean one area fully, no rushing • while working — complete one task before starting another No multitasking. Just one thing. Fully present. This is how we retrain focus, regulate the body, and ground into peace.

Your words, thoughts, emotions, and actions create your results. The subconscious mind runs whatever script you repeat day after day. This is the matrix connection , life will keep replaying the same patterns until you change what you’re echoing. 1.Fear and neediness program failure. When you move from fear, you echo lack. When you move from neediness, you echo desperation. Reprogram the echo. Change what you repeat → change your results. Echo what you want to SEE happening. 2.Echo blockages • Social media • Other people’s agendas • Survival thinking • High stimulation • Comparison • YOUR EGO •FEAR 3. The Echo Loop Thought ➡️ Emotion ➡️ Action ➡️ Result ➡️ Belief Your reality is not random. It is an echo of what you believe. 🧘🏽‍♀️ 5-Minute Reprogramming Meditation Set a 5-minute timer. Sit or lay down. Close your eyes. Minute 1 — Regulate Inhale through your nose for 4. Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6. Let your body soften. The body must feel safe to reprogram. Minute 2 — Ask the Subconscious Silently ask: “Subconscious… what would it feel like to have $50,000 in my bank account right now?” Don’t force an answer. Let a feeling arise. Minute 3 — Become the Version See yourself as that version of you. How do you walk? How do you carry yourself? How do you speak and move through rooms? Feel the calm. The certainty. The grounded power. Minute 4 — Identity + Action Notice: • What decisions do you make differently? • What do you invest in now? • What no longer stresses you? • How do you use money with ease? See how naturally money flows through you. Minute 5 — Expansion See who you help. Who benefits from your overflow? How your wealth creates stability, opportunity, and impact. Lock this in with one breath and say internally: “This is who I am now.”

The food practice that regulates your nervous system
Tonight, treat eating as a regulation practice. Put your phone away. No TV. No noise. Go sit somewhere quiet and safe. Sit down and do NOTHING for a moment. Do not rush into the meal. Let your body arrive before you eat. As you eat, slow yourself on purpose. If you notice yourself eating fast … slow down. Put the fork down between bites. Chew fully. Breathe. If your mind starts racing, don’t fight it. Bring your awareness back into your body. Ask yourself: - How do my legs feel as they rest on the ground? - What does my stomach feel like right now? - Can I feel my feet touching the floor? Each time you return to the body, you return to safety.This practice isn’t about perfection. It’s about awareness. And awareness is the first step to change. Slow your dinner. Slow your night. Let your nervous system reset.Your body knows the way.

SELF-CONFIDENCE = WEALTH FLOW
Lack of confidence doesn’t just affect how you feel , it puts a COMPLETE hold on your money. Confidence isn’t loud. It’s self-trust. And self-trust is one of the main currencies of wealth. We building that up TODAY. 💯💯 Mini Self-Confidence Practice (5 minutes): • Sit or stand with both feet planted on the ground • Inhale through your nose for 4 • Exhale through your mouth for 6 • Do this 5 times • Then place a hand on your lower body (hips/legs) and say quietly or out loud: “I trust myself to follow through.” Journal (keep it real): 1. Where in my life have I been doubting myself lately? 2. What decision am I avoiding because I don’t fully trust myself yet? 3. Where have I already proven to myself that I can follow through? 4. What would change in my money if I moved with self-trust instead of hesitation today? Wealth responds to the version of you that moves with certainty. Remember that 💯💯

LOWER BODY HOLD WEALTH
Your lower body holds MAJORITY of your WEALTH. Your legs. Your hips. Your feet. If you feel rushed, unstable, impatient & forcing shit , get intune with your BODY ! Most people live in THEY HEAD & mind SO MUCH and that creates high stimulation. When your lower body is tight and unregulated, your decisions gonna be tight and rushed too. Tonight I want y’all to drop into your body. Focus on your LEGS AND HIPS. This is not a workout. This is grounding to RECEIVE. Night Grounding (10–15 min): • Wall sit or slow squats • Lunges or hip openers • Breathe through your nose • Longer exhales than inhales After you finish , stand still. Feet flat. Eyes closed. Feel your weight sink down beneath you. GROUND YOURSELF literally. When your lower body is grounded you move with certainty. And THATS when money flows, patience clicks, and your consistency will literally start to flow naturally💯💯
