It breaks my heart seeing guys buy a brand new Onefinity Elite, spend hours perfecting a 3D door panel or mirrored acrylic carve, and then list it on Etsy for $15 just to get a sale. You cannot compete on volume against massive shops. We were bleeding margin until we completely pivoted away from Etsy retail and went B2B. We installed 'The Quiet Prospector' to automatically pitch our custom inlay and signage work directly to local architectural firms and custom home builders. Now we only take high-ticket bulk orders. Are you guys mostly doing B2C on Etsy, or are you trying to get into commercial CNC work?
