Hey there ladies! So excited to be on this journey with you all and I'm already inspired, encouraged and motivated! I've got 6 songs on my playlist right now that I think fit my manifestation. I'll try it out this week and see if I'm right about this mix hahaha. Also set three goals to tackle this week during my long days sitting through auditions. I usually just end up sitting all day so trying to change that. 1. get up and move for 3-5 minutes every hour (250 step goal each hour) 2. drink 3 bottles of water (16.9 oz) 3. 10-15 minutes of walking/dancing or some type of movement during my lunch break How are your weeks starting?
