now a sole agent
Excited to be on my own. A team was nice but I have to grow my tree too.

Big steps
This past week, I've made a big decision to go solo and leave my team. I want to thank Alexis and his team for reaching out to me before hand and helping me, also I'd like to thank everyone who assisted and give me feedback mentoring as well as giving me their own experiences thank you

Why Role Playing With Certain Agents Is Holding You Back
Let me be blunt: If you’re roleplaying with other agents who are just as lost as you—You’re not practicing. You’re reinforcing shitty habits. Here’s why: You don’t learn to lead from someone still learning how to speak. But most agents right now? They’re drilling their cold call scripts, objection handling, and closes with someone who hasn’t booked a single appointment in weeks. And if that’s you—I say this with love: 📉 You’re not getting better.📉 You’re just validating each other’s insecurities.📉 You’re building muscle memory around average execution while chasing above-average goals. Roleplay is where your future tonality gets installed. So if the person across from you can’t sell in real life—Why are you installing their sound into your brain? When I roleplay? ✅ It’s with someone who has more reps ✅ More confidence ✅ More listings ✅ More results Because I don’t stretch sideways—I stretch UP. 💡 Want to win faster? - Be selective. - Be intentional. - Stop wasting your time validating fear. - Start training with killers who will hold you to the standard you say you want. 📩 If you’re ready to train with agents who are actually winning in real life, not just roleplaying to feel productive, Message me "MENTOR" & let's get you communicating like a pro. —Alexis

“We’re Only Paying 3%” — Here’s Exactly How to Respond (Without Creating Sales Resistance)
Realtors. listen up. When a seller says: “We’re only offering 3%…” Your job is not to jump into a pitch. Never pitch. Never start explaining why you're worth more. They’ll tune you out before you finish your first sentence. Here’s what to do instead: Start by finding common ground. “Hey, 100%—I hear you. And first off, I just want to say I appreciate you for wanting to offer 3%.” Then you pivot back to the real objective: “Let me ask you, are you more focused on paying less commission…Or walking away with more money from this transaction?” Boom 💥 You’re back in control of the frame—without sounding like a salesperson. Why this works: ✅ You aligned with their thinking first. ✅ You disarmed the tension. ✅ You refocused them on the real goal: net profit. Because here’s the truth: If the seller feels like you’re telling them what to do, they’ll resist. But if they feel like you’re just clarifying their priorities, they’ll listen. 💡 Objections aren’t problems. They’re just pressure & pressure only dissolves when you create connection. 📩 Want my extended objection handling training that I did with my Private Inner Circle, message me directly the word "EXTENDED", & I'll send it over! Let's Crush this Week 💥 —Alexis
