Hatch weekend is bringing a fun mix of breeds we’ve got Ayam Cemani and Silkies in the incubator! Ayam Cemani are known for their incredible all black appearance.🖤 Thanks to a rare genetic trait, nearly everything about them is dark feathers, skin, beak, and even their muscle and organs making them one of the most unique chickens to watch grow!!! Silkies, on the other hand, are like the showgirls of the chicken world 😅 fluffy, dramatic, and full of personality with their cloud-soft feathers. We’re excited to see who makes their debut over the next couple of days. It’s always a surprise watching each chick arrive and guessing who’s who. Stay tuned hatch updates coming soon!

Hatch weekend is almost here!!! our incubator chicks are due Friday and Saturday, and I’m excited to share it with this little corner of our community. I’ll jump on live when things start happening and post updates as the hatch unfolds so we can watch it together.
