If we ran some kind of community call for everyone to hang out, do puzzles, play games, basically anything... would you show up? I may or may not be there personally, the main purpose would be to provide a place for members to interact on a closer level and make it easier to connect. (kinda like how discord has the voice chat feature) I'm thinking a weekly zoom meeting where anyone can join... We could alternate the times each week for people in different timezones too. If we set up something like this, would you be there?

Although it was a nice journey sub divisional to state level. Yesterday I was competing a state level U-17 boys tournament but i scored 3/5 . In last round my opponent offered me a draw but i didn't accept it knowing it was a winning endgame for me. But all of a sudden my hand started shaking like Ian all pieces fell because I made a blunder which lead opponent to win the game if I scored 4/5 now I'm a national level player. 💔 (Decided to take a break from chess for my board exam a request to coach that dont kick me out from this community love u all. Bye)

Although im qualified for state. I scored 4/4 in the tournament but still I got 🥈 and according to the arbiter my opponent win rate was 8½% and who became the 🏆his opponent win rate was 11%😞.

Well, I know it's not that impressive but I wasn't playing chess for months because of work. I started playing regularly again 2 weeks ago, I was also 1800+ in lichess. Joined this community to start from scratch again. My goal is reaching 2000 on chess.com. Working for tournaments. I still have problems about stress control etc. Any tip will be helpful. My advice would be, don't try memorize everything, opening theories etc. For anyone under 1600. Try to understand why that moves played. This way you can memorize better and improve your play.

14/06/2024 was the day i joined this community. I was not sure how successful I can see myself in my future I know this could be the last time for my school I will attend district/state/national chess tournament. I asked coach Kevin that I have a tournament around October and ask about can I climb 1500? He said yes. And he proved himself.. Today As usually I started to follow @coach Kevin all advise I followed each and every step. He shows me the way to become a chess expert. Now today it's 16/08/2024 I have gained more than 700 elo in just 3-4 months. This is a reallly big achievement for anyone. There is only one month left "September" For my preparation and I'm damn sure I will proud my school and I will win 1st medal for myself and as school. Thank You coach Kevin. And all of You Guys who always were besides me at this period of time. I will always be grateful for this.....
