4 Truths About Confidence You Need to Hear!

Just before reading this, I took that step and did something I was very uncomfortable with. I will see what comes from that.
Think Back To When You Were Just Starting. What Did You Wish Someone Had Told You?
Maybe it was: “Stop comparing your beginning to someone else’s middle.” “Focus on serving customers before obsessing over everything else.” “Create consistently instead of waiting for perfect content.” The most useful advice is often specific enough to remember, and practical enough to use. If you could give ONE piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be about? Share your advice in the comments. It could be the one thing someone in this community needs today

With most any job, people give up when they are almost to the point of reaching the goal. I've had that happen to me with nursing jobs. They always told us not to give up. You have to give it 6 months to a year to really get where you know what you are doing and how to do it. If you give up too soon, the turning point was right around the corner but you never saw it.

Can of electronic duster. When my cat gets up there and she sees this can, she goes the other way. Don't even have to use it.
WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN THINGS DON’T GO AS PLANNED?
Every entrepreneur has those moments when the plan suddenly goes sideways. A deal falls through, an idea doesn’t work, or something you counted on disappears. The goal doesn’t have to change just because the path does. Sometimes the smartest move is simply finding another way forward. What’s your go-to when Plan A doesn’t work?

As one of my coaches says, "Some will, some won't, so what, next!"
The Eisenhower Box
Ever feel like you have too much to do and aren’t making progress? It’s easy to get caught up in urgent tasks that don’t help you reach your goals, while the important things get pushed aside. The Eisenhower Box is a simple tool that can change that. Here’s how it works: DO: Take care of tasks that are both urgent and important right away. DECIDE: Set aside time for important tasks that aren’t urgent, like long-term goals or relationships. DELEGATE: Let others handle tasks that don’t need your attention, like emails or admin work. DELETE: Get rid of distractions or tasks that are wasting your time. In Atomic Habits, James Clear talks about how small actions each day can lead to big results. By using the Eisenhower Box, you can take charge of your time, focus on what really matters, and get rid of things that hold you back. Today, look at your to-do list and use this method to focus on what counts. Take control of your time and watch your productivity grow!

We discussed this in one of our zoom classes this past week. I'm trying to pay more attention and prioritize things. It is hard to sometimes. I spend too much time on the nonurgent and nonimportant things. I should be spending more time on what I need to be doing.
