How to escape Survival Mode
90% of our population lives in constant fight or flight mode. This means that you're sympathetic nervous system is constantly "turned on" which leads to dis-ease over time. If you want to get out of that state, you have to learn how to calm, regulate and heal your nervous system. @Walther Suk Hi Walther, I have never recorded in a studio or anyone's home. I don’t have any formal training nor experience. I’m simply musical by nature - always have been since childhood. Sometimes melodies would just play in my head but I never had anyway of recording them until I got an iPhone last year and I have always desired to have a career in music or music production. The jingle I shared was my very first and ONLY creation so far. I find minor chords extremely attractive to my ear. Hopefully soon, I can read up on some literature on music theory as well as watch those DAW tutorials. Again, thank you for sharing your work and engaging with me on this topic. I wish you continued creativity with your projects. Sincerely.

I know I have been away for a while but I'm really happy to have watched this video. It was clear and the information easy to understand and right now, I do want to figure out what ways I can choose a path that is in alignment with what God wants me to do. I no longer want to choose the path of ego which just leads to more pain and suffering.
