🤍 With Father’s Day tomorrow, I just wanted to check in. I know holidays like Mother’s Day and Father’s Day can bring up a lot of feelings. They certainly can for me. I can relate to having complicated feelings about both mothers and fathers, and I’ve learned that love, grief, gratitude, disappointment, and longing can all exist at the same time. Whatever this weekend feels like for you, I hope you’ll meet yourself with a little extra kindness.
