3 Ways To Combat Loneliness
We have been talking about loneliness. Sometimes when the weekend hits this can feel compounded. This group is here for YOU. Comment below and chat with us if you need to. I've also added an article on things that might just help. https://menopauseexperts.com/3-ways-to-combat-loneliness/ 3 Ways to Combat Loneliness When dealing with menopause, it’s not just the symptoms that get you. The loneliness also creeps in, making you feel you have no one to lean on. This is especially true for single women going through menopause. Without a partner to offer support when things get rough, it’s easy to go deeper into the rabbit hole of loneliness. But this doesn’t apply only to single women. Even menopausal women in relationships can feel that they’re alone in this journey. Why Do Menopausal Women Feel Alone? Being alone isn’t necessarily a bad thing if you want it. The problem is many menopausal women feel trapped in this state of being alone. For most, the menopause symptoms themselves could be the culprit. Estrogen levels decline when you hit menopause, and the unwanted effects that come as a result contribute to isolation: Mood swings. These can make you more irritable as you find even the most minor things annoying. Depression. Many women feel depressed once they hit perimenopause. This can prevent you from reaching out even when you need it. Fatigue. Your body can literally force you into isolation. Without the energy to mingle with friends, you may find yourself constantly wanting to stay at home instead of going out.
Loneliness
Have you felt like this? Full article in link. Let us know how you have combatted those feelings. Perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms can be challenging. Some women find their mood dips or they have increased feelings of anxiety or irritability. Symptoms can have a knock-on effect on your relationships – with your partner, friends and family, and at work. This can lead to a loss of confidence and you may feel others don’t understand what you’re experiencing. Conversely, it’s been found that as women’s levels of loneliness increase, so too do their menopausal symptoms. It's hump day already. How is your week going? Did you start well and are now losing momentum? If so, use the 1st of the month to begin a fresh. Regain control. Your hormones will thank you for it by the weekend. Keep drinking. Swap just one tea for a water, or have one water with a hot cuppa as the reward. You got this! Comment below to check in.

I did my big shop Saturday so still got hormone feasting foods. This was my lunch yesterday. Pomegranate is great and I love the crunch along with butter soaked, soggy toast. (My achilies heel)
