I don't know about you, but as we head deeper into fall/winter, I struggle more with keeping my energy up #lackofsunlight, how are you feeling, and is there anything you do to help combat this? I tend to make sure I'm consuming more water... and sometimes I use one of those "sad" lights!

We usually take our vacation/ travel time during these months. It helps that it works with mine and my husbands work schedules that we are both crazy busy in the summer and slower during the colder darker months so we can. When I’m home going for walks outside even when I really don’t want to helps with the fresh air.
