I talked with the suicide hotline for an hour and a half yesterday, I miss her, we’re soulmates, I messed up and begged her with second numbers, but what’s meant to be will be right? yeah sure.

I felt my face being all over the place?! It was a normal short 5-minute meditation, but during the session, I felt like there was something on my face like pressing on it. My eyes "sank" into my body. I saw faces flashing in front of me. Did anyone else have a similar experience? 🙃 The whole thing just felt kinda strange but relieving. 🙏
