You do not need a niche on day one, you need a direction
One of the biggest things that slows new reps down is thinking they need to have it all figured out before they start. You do not need a niche. You need a direction. Ask yourself these three questions: 1. What industries do I already understand or find interesting (fitness, business coaching, real estate, health, faith based, creative services)? 2. Do I want to work with high ticket offers (2k and up, longer sales cycles, more trust building) or lower ticket, higher volume offers (faster cycles, more reps, quicker feedback loop)? 3. Who do I actually enjoy talking to? Your direction can shift as you get reps in. Mine did. Pick a lane, get moving, and let the niche sharpen itself as you go. Comment which lane feels closer to you right now, high ticket or lower ticket and volume?

The IN post: New Member Energy Check!
New here or thinking about remote sales for the first time? I want to get to know you!!! Drop IN in the comments and tell me one thing: What made you curious about remote sales? Extra income, more freedom, tired of your commute, ready for a career change, all of it? I read every single comment and I will be sliding into a few DMs this week to say hello and answer whatever is on your mind. I LOVE connecting and connection is big for me!

Remote Sales isn’t Cold Calling….
Remote sales is not cold calling strangers from a script until they hang up on you. It is helping people say yes to something that already helps them, over the phone, over DMs, or on a Zoom call, without ever leaving your house. There are two main roles you will hear about in this space: Setter: you start conversations, qualify interest, and book the call. Closer: you hop on that call and help the person make a decision. Both are real, paid, remote roles. Both are teachable skills, not personality traits. You do not need to be loud, pushy, or 'a natural.' You need reps, a system, and someone who has done it before to show you the way. That is exactly what we are building here together! ❤️ Comment SETTER or CLOSER, which one sounds more like you right now?

@Darlene Suesue I have found that is true out in the space when you are reaching out. Remember, we are not market researchers for someone that really at the end of the day are not ready for a closer or an appt setter. A client that is looking for all of that, will not pay your worth anyways and doesn’t understand that marketing and sales are two different things. To sit and cold prospect and close is basically a full time sales role. Which should be an over 6-figure salary. If you go to my vetting piece of my courses it really explains the things that a client needs to have in place in order to be setup for success. Happy to talk over particular examples or to review the messaging back n forth with the client. I am going to be offering marketing services and placing closers and appt setters in for clients, but it’s not ready yet ❤️
