I'm curious where everyone is based in the world? I'm in Israel and was wondering if there are others from previous cohorts who are also here? I'd also love to know how people are bringing this work into their practices? Individual sessions, group sessions, online, face to face? I found myself getting overwhelmed at the possibilities and we aren't even there yet š

@Andrew Hawkes Still doing it. I only started this week... I've been working on the morning activations from the 5 day challenge for the past couple of weeks. So straight to 15 mins. MB30 has started with less time... so it's interesting to relax back a bit before the acceleration!
Reflections on yesterdays journey. This is from my journal this morning. It is hard to put into words, however, I will do my best here; Even though I was alone I felt like there was something, or someone there with me. Maybe it was because Brian was guiding us, However I get the sense that it was more than that. Like it was my spirit guides there with me excited that I was finally able to see what they had been trying to tell me for years. There truely is something magic in there, the breath, the stillness of the mind, the energy pops. Helping me to find my way 'home' here on this plane. So many amazing experiences in life flooding back. An overwhelming feeling of love and acceptance. Joy and Harmony. By the end of the session, around the first breath hold and before the energy pops is when I started to cry. There was pain, yet it felt ok. It was almost as if the pain, which of course has helped shape who I have become, was letting me know its purpose had been served, that it no longer needed to linger. So I was not crying out of sadness or sorrow, it was the 'letting go' of it. Then after the initial departure , there was more crying, but it was healing. It was allowing me to see my path ahead. The essence of Self and why.

Sounds amazing! Which journey did you do?
Our senior Breath Masters coach @Sarah Wright will be taking you on a deep dive this Thursday March 9th @ 7:30pm Perth Time. A JOURNEY HOME. Take a journey with Sarah into a space where your heart will be nourished, your mind will gain clarity, and your body will become filled with ease. A journey allowing you a safe and sacred space to explore the deepest and most vulnerable parts of yourself, strengthening the connection between your mind and body. This process of connected breathing may bring up any unresolved or suppressed emotions and through the breath we let them go. This style of breath can promote a well needed reset, overall balance allowing vital energy to flow freely through the body, supporting the breakthrough of old patterns and stepping into a new version of yourself. Drop some love in the comment below if you will be participating in this journey! @Brian Kelly @Han Alcantara @Sarah Wright Big Love, Mona

Beautiful! Interested to know exactly what journey this was also? šø
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.We ask ourselves "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?".Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to Shine as children do... We were born to make manifest the Glory of God that is within us. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our deepest Fear, our presence automatically liberates others. This then is our true purpose in life, to discover who we truly are and be all that we can be." - Maryanne Williamson

Hi all, I would like to celebrate a personal win. I was suffering from a crazy flu which doesn't go away. I did three days of breathwork practice and today I'm feeling that it's finally recovering! I will continue to do this practice! Anyone else have similar experience? Happy to hear from you!

well done! xxšø
I had asked a question about pelvic floor pain management and if anyone had any experience with alleviation of these types of issues a month or so ago. I have done a couple sessions with a friend who is experiencing severe PF tense-ness and pain. After one breathwork session she said it's alleviated almost entirely, although the tension has either moved or just without the distraction increased the pain/tightness in her TMJ, I am still super excited for her and what the future holds! Wanted to share that here!

How big would you dream, if you knew you couldn't fail? Breath Big, Dream Big, Live Big! The only thing stopping us is ourselves. What WE believe is true, what we believe our worth is, our inner core limiting beliefs. Let's break free!!! Breath in this possibility!! Breath out everything that no longer serves you! ā¤ļøā¤ļø We are all magnificent beings, full of love and capable of miracles! I am truly grateful for this community and all the true love, care, compassion and support that I feel and see here. Blessings to you all! š

Hi breathwork fam! Single Mama to a 15 year old. It is the time in her life when she is going through the usual teenage challenges, stress, anxiety etc due to school work, puberty. I was wondering if anyone has done any breathwork with their kids that has helped? I am not sure if a transformational journey would be the right way to go with them being so young, however, I am wondering if the shorter activation techniques would be the way to go. Is this safe for them to do with their lungs not being fully developed yet? (p.s my daughter has very mild asthma also - but only needs a puffer when she's doing heavy sport in the summer months - may be good to consult a doc first to see if this is ok for her) Is there a particular technique that may work best? how many times a day etc? Thanks all - wishing you a beautiful day š šø Amanda

Hey Paulo thank you so much for your response and from a different perspective. I think I would firstly say that āfrom observation comes conversationā. This is most definitely the starting point in understanding what is going on in another persons mind⦠whether it be your child, a friend, family, clients, or anyone else for that matter. As a parent when your child is first past to you at birth, may it be the mother or father, the first thing that sings from your heart as you stare down at them is āI am here to love and protect⦠no matter whatā. And⦠as you watch your Angels grow, you are growing also⦠observing both yourself and them as you travel through life, this means that subtle or big changes in them are seen and experienced by us straight away. Getting back to my āobservation and conversationā quote, this is exactly how I am able to empathise with my child and offer guidance where I can and feel it is needed. You mentioned parents open to spiritualities and children being on an opposite path, however, spirituality doesnāt really need to come into question as it is forever realised through both (parent and child) when the household is living this way of life. What weāre talking about is offering solutions for overwhelm when it occurs. I.e. Breathwork, as we all know the benefits. It is also not just a platform through spirituality. It is a way of life. The main thing to remember is that in the stages of puberty and when teenagers turn 14/15 and up they are undoubtedly up against quite a lot, hormones, pier pressure, school work, exams, identity etc. the list goes on. A lot of teenagers are prone to stress, anxiety, depression, and then worst case scenario, which is unfortunately more common than weād like⦠suicide. To be offered a gentle solution to help is most definitely something that the child and parents would welcome⦠at least my beautiful Angel does. And of course, as always, will be delivered with love and understanding. We are evolving⦠more tools are being exposed to us as we, as a collective consciousness delve deeper and understand/experience more about ourselves.

Welcome Michelle xx
Hello Healthy Breathers! I'm interviewing speakers for a women's hormone event, and I would really like to find someone to speak into this from a breathwork perspective. Does anyone have any recommendations? When I give my own spiel, I'll speak into the experience I have had by that point (this will be in May, so I have time to gather my own information), but I'd also love to have a more seasoned healer and breathworker. With various search terms, I'm not coming up with a whole lot, there seem to be articles here and there, but I'm not really finding anyone specializing in the combination. I see this as a powerful modality for cycle-related or menopause related issues. Thanks!

Loving this thread! Iāll be doing my certification at the end of the month so very keen to find out more about this subject as super keen to offer this as a Breathwork journey also⦠not to mention just turning 50 and in between peri and menopausal stage. I love how this group covers so many topics. I feel so blessed to be here xx
Hi there, question: last Session i had a man spacing. I mean he was gone,ā¦left the building. He made me think of an overheated phone⦠out of useā¦I'm pretty sure he was in the dmt stage. I know sometimes it can and may take 5 minutes or more for someone to breathe again but this was the first time I found myself getting a little nervous about how long it was taking. I then reminded him to breathe and also softly in his ear but he stayed out. His heart beat from hard to very slow. little blue lipsā¦I thought for a moment that I had killed my brother-in-law𤣠I reminded him to breathe and into his ear too but he stayed away. in the end I gently put a lukewarm washcloth with invigorating oil on his forehead and then he started breathing again. I was sorry to take him out of his proces but it took so long that I acted anyway. He didn't remember anything about this part afterwards... what can I do in the future? how long can/can you let it go? Thank you;-) Btw: hĆØ had an extatic experiancešš¼

This is a really amazing feed. Thank you @Valerie Helmes for sharing abd for being guided to react in the way you did. For @Joyce Harris and @Mona Bitar for your support and insights. I am soon to embark on the upcoming Breathwork certification course and to know that this loving support is here is extremely comforting⦠not mention the feedback and wisdom from @Brian Kelly xx thank you all.
I had a client with chronic arthritis (20 years +). When asked when it started she said after her abortion. The feeling of guilt was eating her alive causing pain in the surface. After our session, she said the baby came out from her uterus, kissed her on the forehead and said āi Forgive youā. Since that moment, she never felt guilt and her chronic pain went away.

Hi Breathwork Fam! Iām from Pottsville NSW, which is 30 mins north of Byron Bay, Australia. Iām new to the group and to Breathwork. Iām a conscious mindset mentor, holistic home designer, and self image coach (with the use of colour therapy). My mission is to help people transform their lives to get the best out of their realities. Iāve heard about Breathwork for a few years and decided to delve deeper when I saw an ad pop up on Insta⦠what an amazing synchronicity! After doing the 5 day challenge and experiencing the benefits for myself, Iām now signed up to start the upcoming Breathmasters teachers certification course. Iām super excited! Especially to add this to my current offerings, and can see that I will most probably lead with Breathwork as my main modality - I love how my journey at the start of 2023 has already changed course! I am wondering if anyone can recommend a powerful morning 15 minute journey (currently doing the 5th day practice from 5 day challenge ) to add to my daily meditation and yoga routine? Xx Thanks for reading and have an amazing day/night xx Amanda
