I’m Excited to Meet You!
Hi ladies! I’m Amanda Lauren. I’m a life coach, author, and founder of Reviving Radiance, and I’m so excited to meet all of you. I’m the woman ladies call when they’ve built a life that looks amazing on paper… but they’re starting to question whether it’s the life they actually want. I’m also the author of Rich in Self-Worth, Wealthy in Confidence, and through Reviving Radiance, I help women create the life and love they truly desire. I’m so excited to see you ladies at the conference in a couple of weeks! And please, if you see me, come say hi. Don’t just walk past me. 😂 Say, “Hey girl, what’s up?!”

Work hard play hard
Yesterday, I was literally crying in the chair while getting my makeup done.
The call came in, and I found out our company was hit with an unexpected multi–six-figure bill. The kind you cannot ignore. My stomach dropped. I hated that for me. I cried. I prayed. And then—I remembered who I am. This company wasn’t handed to me. I didn’t inherit it. I don’t have venture capitalists writing me checks. I built it from the ground up. Every brick. Every contract. Every pitch. Every yes and every no. And with every day of building, I’ve also been building something else: muscle. So after the tears, I went to the gym. Then I drove to my country club. It was closed, but that turned out to be perfect. I blasted my Psalmist Raine Pandora station, pulled out my laptop, and sat down on the terrace overlooking the golf course. It was peaceful. It was just me. And the clarity that came in that moment? The ideas? The peace? It reminded me that every year before this event, I go through something heavy. Something that stretches me. And every time, it’s a signal: the people in that room are about to be fire. Powerhouses. Next-level leaders. People God is preparing me to coach. Because the truth is—growth requires weight. Just like an athlete trains for the Olympics by lifting heavier and heavier, experts train for the real world by carrying the weight of responsibility, resilience, and leadership. So yes—I cried yesterday. But then I asked myself: What would Billion Dollar Ashley do? She’d call in an expert. She’d get a solution. And then she’d keep building. And that’s exactly what I did. This isn’t just business. This is training. And in 23 days, I’ll be standing on stage at The Expert Olympics with a word, a strategy, and a fire that was forged through real trials—not theory. And to make it even more powerful? We’re closing the event with a live gospel concert by the incomparable @PsalmistRaine. The room will be full of experts who refuse to shrink. Experts who are willing to lift the weight. Experts who are ready to step into the arena. If you’re one of them, you need to be there.

I believe this is Gods way of having you pay attention to things as you continue to grow. You can handle anything that comes your way. You have built an incredible community of support and experts. You got this and any other challenges you may face as you grow. You got this!!!
“You can’t go pickup your child”
Yesterday, I spoke with a friend who told me about a young lady that had to put her two year old in after care because her boss wouldn’t let her off work early to pick her daughter up from school. Christelle’s school has a lot of activities for parents and kids. We’ve been up there four times this week - no exaggeration. But it’s a blessing that we’re able to do it. I oftentimes think that a lot of what people tout as the joys of entrepreneurship are overstated. You aren’t always able to just “focus on your zone of genius” Having a team has often meant more work for me not less. And all my soft days came on the back of very hard work. But…. One thing that’s not overstated is this; I’ll move heaven and earth to be at every one of her events and there’s no boss that can tell me otherwise. That’s a real perk. I think that sometimes people don’t grow their business because they don’t have a strong enough why. But imagine a world where you can really be there for your family without having to submit paperwork. Kids are young once - and I get that we might not be able to be there for every moment, but you can build a business that accommodates the life you aim to have. Do not make the mistake of failing to learn how to get more premium customers. Develop a system to learn this stuff and I want to teach you over three days in person in 36 days at The Expert Olympics. Shoutout to the parents doing what they HAVE to do now to do what they WANT to do later. They’re worth it. Join me: www.speakyourwaytocashlive.com

I didn’t realize until my children were school aged that you either have to work two jobs to pay for childcare or start your own company to be available for your family.

@Ashley Kirkwood exactly. That is what lead me to have to urge to create my own thing. You have definitely been inspiring. I love how your daughter get to see you shine in your element. I always loved going to my mom’s jobs and seeing how dynamic she was in her element. I hope you daughter and family have that same level of admiration for you. You are killing it every single time.
