Execution Lab Cancelled today
Hi my friends! I Execution Lab is cancelled today. We’re having severe thunderstorm in our area and prioritizing safety for now in case tornado sirens happen. Stay safe!

I hope you are all safe. That sounds scary. 🙏
Help Me Choose My One-Liner 💚 (Your Vote Decides)
I've been working on one simple line to describe my other community... Let AI Do It Lab. (It's separate from this one... a home for ADHD mompreneurs who want to learn AI. And honestly? You're exactly the moms I made it for. 🥰) I keep going back and forth between 3 versions of that line. 🤔 You're some of the people I trust most to tell me the truth... so I'd rather ask you than guess. Here's what matters most to me. I want this line to be clear for every ADHD mom. Including those of us who read or think in another language first. English is not my first language...I was born and raised in the Philippines, so Tagalog is my first language. That's why I'm highly sensitive about the words I use to make sure everyone can understand them... especially since our communities are global! 🌏 So here are the three 👇 1️⃣ "The only AI fluency space built ADHD-first… for moms building mission-driven businesses." 2️⃣ "The only place where ADHD moms learn to use AI… made for the ADHD brain, building mission-driven businesses." 3️⃣ "The only place built for ADHD mompreneurs to learn AI… made for your brain and your business." 👉 Which one lands clearest for you? Tap your pick in the poll. And if any word feels clunky or hard to read, tell me in the comments. That helps me more than you know. 🥰 I appreciate you. 🙏 P.S. If you'd mix two of them together, say so below... I'm all ears. P.P.S. One more thing, because it matters to me. 🌿 This little poll? It's one simple way to validate an idea before you pour your energy into it. You stop guessing alone... and let real people show you what lands. So as a thank-you for voting, I want to do the same for you. If you've got a one-liner, an offer name, or an idea you've been sitting on... start your own post like this one and ask us to weigh in. 💚 I'll show up for yours the way you showed up for mine. Because we're in this together, and that's the whole point.🥰

I like short and clear so this would work as well. "The only place where ADHD moms learn to use AI....made for your brain and your business."

@Katherine Lizardo Awesome! I'm already there! Woop woop :)
Quick question for you... takes 10 seconds. 🙏
When you have a great idea but don't capture it right away, what usually happens? 🔶 I forget it completely 🔶 I find it weeks later and don't remember why it mattered 🔶 I dig through notes/apps trying to find it again 🔶 I just start over from scratch 🔶 Something else... Curious how common this is across our community. I'm working on something that's all about fixing this... your answer helps me make it land. 🙏

I have a combination of things: 1. If I don't capture it immediately, I'll definitely forget it. 2. I'll capture it and then when I come back to it, I forgot why it was so exciting/important/relevant. 3. Sometimes, I capture it, start working on it, then I'll get distracted by something else for a day or two and I've either forgotten about it or lost my excitement/motivation for it and it gets lost in the abyss of Trello, Google Drive, or multiple storage places. HELP! 🫣🤪
If you needed to hear this…
I feel sad and lonely. My soul feels exhausted. My energy is gradually draining to nothing. My light feels dim. 😔 Times like this... when my depression (my ADHD comorbidity) kicks in... I tend to forget who I really am. Knowing I’m slipping into that shadow of my mind again, I made this image just now and replaced my phone’s wallpaper with it. Words are powerful... and I need to hear myself in this noise. And these are the words my inner self is reminding me of…with compassion. 💕 I wanted to share them with you in case you’re struggling to hear yourself too...

Ohhh this fascinates me! I, too, experience something like this. I’m so curious about what the “slipping into that shadow of my mind” is like for you? If you’re willing to share something that’s deeply personal, I’d love to hear about it. No pressure to do that of course. 💕🙏

@Katherine Lizardo this is great! It's important to know what this experience is like for you and it's so hard to go deeply into it when we are constantly told that we need to fix, change, stop, or eliminate our difficult experiences. I'm looking forward to reading it. Thank you for sharing. :)
The Connection Between Your Hormones and Your ADHD Brain🧠
This one's for you if you've ever wondered... "Wait, is my ADHD getting worse? Or is something else going on?" 🧠💛 If you're a woman with ADHD... at any stage of life... this replay is for you. Whether you're in your monthly cycle, Navigating pregnancy or postpartum, Feeling the rollercoaster of perimenopause, or Supporting a daughter or granddaughter who might have ADHD... This workshop will give you clarity you probably didn't get from your doctor. Back in October, I did a live workshop called Women's Health & ADHD. It was one of the most heartfelt, eye-opening conversations I've had on this topic... and now it's saved in our Classroom as a free resource for every member here. 🎉 Here's a glimpse of what we covered: - Why estrogen directly impacts your ADHD symptoms (and what to do about it) - The 14-day productivity window in your cycle... and how to use it - A simple Hormone + ADHD Cheat Sheet you can actually use - A Cycle Sync Planner to align your schedule with your brain - A perimenopause brain audit to help you stop wondering why things feel harder ➡️ Head to the Classroom → Women's ADHD Simplified → Replay Workshop → Replay + Resources The full replay, slides, Cycle Sync Planner, and Cycle Chart are all there waiting for you. No extra steps. If you're new here... welcome. 🥰 This is a great place to start. And if you've been here a while... now's a good time to revisit this one, especially if something has shifted lately and you can't quite name why. I appreciate you. 🙏
