I am absolutely loving how this turned out! And the yarn was perfect for it! The Yarn I used was some of the stuff I got from Temu. It is 60% silk, 10% cashmere, and 30% wool. It is so very soft and smooth feeling. It is very light and Lacey, and it will be perfect for our Caribbean cruise next March. Once I figure out how to do panels, I just jumped in and made this! I did make it about 30 rows longer than suggested, because after figuring my gauge, and knowing it would still come out a little bit loose, I really wanted it a little longer so I could kind of half tie it at the front. I hope you like it too! (PS: sorry for not smiling in the pictures… I was just concentrating on making sure I could see my camera okay! Lol)

So I made a lot of iCord. My plan is to turn it into a rug that I can put in my basement on the cement floor. The floor is coated with a waterproofing sealant paint, which is good, but it’s still a cement floor. I want to create a play space for when the grandkids come over during winter time. It won’t always be feasible for them to be outside to play. I considered crocheting the iCord, but that would take up so much yarn. Instead, I am doing this like a coiled rug. I’m not sure if it has a specific name, but this is how I’m doing it. The yarn is whatever worsted weight cotton and worsted weight acrylic I have laying around. Mostly cotton cone yarn and cheap acrylic yarn that really isn’t any good for the Addis or my Sentro. They still work pretty good in the Caydo iCord Pro! lol I’ve barely started this, but I know it’s going to take some time.
