Mom qualifies to claim the child because the daughter lived with her for more than half the year and she paid household expenses, school clothes wouldn’t count to claim the child. I would verify the living arrangements, ask if anyone else plans to claim the child & confirm she paid the household expenses. I would request the child’s birth certificate, Social Security card, school or medical records & lease
