Removing existing epoxy
Can someone give me some advice on best method of removing existing epoxy with a bonding over it so that I can replace it with a urethane. First two photos is what it looks like now and last two are what i want it to look like but all solid white gloss

Topcoat for studio
living in East Texas with this weather going so up and down… it is a 1000 sq ft store front storage unit, what is the best top cost to use for a very high traffic area with very little maintenance. It is indoors with a lot of natural light coming in for a photography studio. Some days you can have the garage door up taking photos , days with garage door down taking photos. And the sunlight hitting the floor more than 6 hours a day (wanting to make sure the sun doesn’t turn the floor yellow) advice on topcoat to use!
