I am aiming 1500+ in my December SAT but currently I'm at 920 which is quite horrible but I'm trying to improve it. Is there anyone who can help me regarding these?

My sat score is the only aspect of my application that is holding me back. I have great extracurriculars, grades and I'm an athlete. I even have (in my opinion) a pretty good personal statement essay outline. I currently have a 1320 sat. I started at 1140 and by self studying I improved it to a 1320 (690 english and 630 maths). I am retaking it in november and want to get atleast 1450. I already visited the classroom section of this website and went through all the sources. Could anyone recommend anything I can do to improve my score? I still have a little over a month and my parents believe it is my way of studying that is incorrect.
