Believe me when I tell you that no matter how many years I’ve spent in the gym, when I started my Pilates certification, I couldn’t do a roll-up, hold a teaser, or fully extend my legs. It’s still humbling, but one of the best ways I learn is by practicing and cueing myself through the movements. So join me as we go over some foundational Mat Pilates exercises and learn together. Pilates has improved my form, balance, stability, and overall strength. If it feels hard right now, keep going it only gets better. 🤍
