I've been working here trying to build a community where we can help and support each other. I think there are some good people here, but no one is talking much. We're all at a high school dance, standing in our part of the area, nervous about speaking up. You don't need to be. If you have some tips that would help someone - post them. I'm looking to take this community in a direction where I can help you with your career. I'd also like this to be a place where we can help each other. I don't think we are competing against each other, but rather looking to support each other with our different experience or skills.
