Finding the tools in the hard moments
Hey babes I had an amazing and exhausting weekend at my sister’s wedding. And it’s so fascinating to me that in spite of moments being joyful they can still be dysregulating and pull us out of our bodies! So in moments of quiet I pulled out my little toolbox and used what I could (based on the environment around me and the moment I was in). I found myself relying on butterfly taps a lot, and the physiological sigh. What’s a tool you’re drawn to lately, and when have you had to use it lately?
