CREATING YOUR OFFER (CODEX)
Chances are you are banging away on nailing down your offer which requires you to draft a purpose statement. For me, this was a core element for having a clear definition of my niche and my ideal client. I had to get super clear about my problem statement, pillars, 3 problems. What is your offer statement? Are you using the suggested formatting? I attached mine as an example.

Thanks for sharing - I'm definitely struggling with the 'nailing my niche' stage!
What If You Don’t Like Your Client?
It happens! We’re human. Not everyone gets along with or even likes everyone else. Personality conflicts, traits, idiosyncrasies…all reasons we might not care for someone. If, during the course of your work with a client, you start to think “I really don’t like this person”, what would you do? Check in with yourself as to why? What’s being triggered, and do some self-reflection? Confront the issue with the client? Ignore it?

Yes, aware of it and yes, important to take steps to prevent and.or manage it, depending on where we are on that journey! Boundaries and self-care, as mentioned by others here, are definitely important components of both prevention and recovery. Recovery in my experience often also requires external support - whether in therapy, from close friends/family, or with a coach (being mindful that we should DEFINITELY recommend therapy to clients where warranted), and often also some distance/respite from the initial trigger(s) where possible...
Quality Family Time!
I spent the last week with my people on vacation. I noticed how much more present, mindful and joyful I experienced our time together! This is living!!! I am thankful for my kids and grandson so much! Time with them for a whole week has been glorious!

Any Australia/New Zealand/weird timezone peeps here?
Finding it definitely affects posting/commenting/etc in the feed here, anyone else having a similar experience? Also has an impact with all the live workshops/webinars/etc as so much of current coaching seems to be located in the US and UK presently...
