If you are seeing this for the first time, Every week day M - F, I drop a DAILY SPIRIT PRACTICE in the chat. 🔮 The intention of this practice is just that, to support you with simple exercises and practices to strengthen your Intuition, Mediumship, and Psychic senses. 🕯It is never meant to be a competition, or a final measure of how "Psychic" you are. There are many exercises that I have tried over the years, but I don't receive the "images or information" that is connected to the task. Just have fun with it, watch yourself grow over time. But, please be sure to share what you experience. Consistent practices in a non-judgmental space, where we are accepted, help us grow and integrate our Spiritual senses into our daily lives 🦄 ... Here is the exercise for today... 🌟 DAILY SPIRIT PRACTICE - Week 1, Day 2 Type: Mediumship Today we're practicing mediumship—connecting with spirit. This is gentle and safe, I promise. 👻 TODAY'S EXERCISE: SPIRIT PRESENCE CHECK Here's what to do: ⭐️ Find a quiet space, sit comfortably 🎯 Ground yourself (base of spine to center of earth) ⭐️ Close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths 🎯 Say out loud or in your mind: "Is there a loved one in spirit who wants to connect with me today?" ⭐️ Sit quietly for 2-3 minutes and just NOTICE: - Do you feel a presence? (warmth, tingling, shift in air?) - Do you see a face or image in your mind? - Do you hear a name or word? - Do you smell something (perfume, cigarettes, flowers)? - Do you just KNOW someone is there? 🎯 Thank them and open your eyes Drop a comment: ✍🏼 🔮 Did you sense someone? 🔮 What came through? (presence, name, feeling, smell, image?) 🔮How did it FEEL? Remember: 👼🏼 Spirit is ALWAYS gentle and loving. If it feels scary, that's just YOUR fear, not spirit. Ground yourself and try again.
