Hey everyone, the video recording from Sunday is available. ⚡️We had a great discussion about activations and we started an activation meditation around 1:03:00. 🪬This meditation goes through the different energy centers in the body and helps activate the centers to bring them online. You can do it anytime anywhere! 🧬⚱️Speaking of activations….
