๐ŸŒž Wonderful Wellness Wednesday
Q4 ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ October is here! ๐ŸŽƒ Welcome to a new month ๐Ÿฅณ A perfect moment to reset your rhythm and recommit to the simple things that keep you well โœจ Start the month with one key wellness intention (more water, more walks, more rest) โœจ Choose a tiny daily ritual that grounds you โœจ Celebrate progress, not perfection The way you begin can set the tone for the weeks ahead. Enjoy your pain free vitality โšก๐Ÿค—โšก โ“๐Ÿ’ฌ Whatโ€™s one small wellness intention youโ€™ll carry into October?

Thatโ€™s worth celebrating ๐Ÿฅณ ๐ŸŽ‰ YAY = You Appreciating You โœจ Maybe you managed your stress before it spiraled โœจ Maybe you took a stretch break instead of pushing through and grinding hard โœจ Maybe you simply made it through a tough week Big or small, your wins build resilience and momentum that carry you forward ๐Ÿ’ฌ Whatโ€™s one win youโ€™re proud of this week?

@Wendy Wiseman thanks, friend!
๐Ÿค Social Saturday ๐Ÿค
Connection heals in ways medicine canโ€™t. When we share time, laughter, or even a quiet check-in, our nervous system softens, stress lowers, and pain feels a little lighter. โœจ Call or text someone who matters to you โœจ Offer encouragement to a friend (or right here in the community) โœจ Share a smile with someone you meet today Belonging reminds your body itโ€™s safe ... and safety is the soil where vitality grows. ๐Ÿ’ฌ How will you connect with someone today?

@Wendy Wiseman thanks for the reminder for us to remind ourselves that we matter & to remind others that they do, also. You matter, my friend & you're much appreciated!๐Ÿ’œ
Pause, Reflect, Reset, Resume ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’–
The last day of the month is a natural point to pause. A chance to look back at the ground youโ€™ve covered, notice where you drifted, and realign plans to get where you want to go ๐Ÿ›ฃ๏ธ Reflection isnโ€™t about judgment, itโ€™s about awareness Take some time to journal or make notes: ๐Ÿ‘‰ What worked well this month? ๐Ÿ‘‰ What drained you, what sustained you? ๐Ÿ‘‰ What deserves more (or less) of your focus to move forward efficiently & effectively? When you take a moment to realign, your path forward remains intentional instead of reactive. ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ As September begins, think about the goals that matter most and why. Which ones light you up and keep you moving ahead? Revisit those powerful points that remind you why you started in the first place. Small shifts make a big difference when applied consistently. โšก Take 10 minutes to reflect on August Write down... (Comment below or Make a post in ๐Ÿฅณ Wins) - one win youโ€™re proud of, - one thing youโ€™ll release, and - one focus youโ€™re carrying into September. Your path forward will get clearer when you pause to look back. ๐Ÿ‘€ โ“Want faster results plus support for your progress? ๐Ÿค“ Send me a DM chat now to find out how!

@Wendy Wiseman that title just says it all, doesn't it? Thanks, my friend!๐Ÿ’ฅ
high-achieving depression
A lot of people - myself included - have experienced subtle trauma accumulated layers of loss over the last few years, compounded by current local and global conditions. So I thought I would shine the spotlight on... ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’– Mental Health Awareness - Every Day ๐Ÿ‘€ Mental health awareness isnโ€™t limited to dramatic events or crises. Itโ€™s really about the quiet, unspoken toll of subtle trauma and cumulative losses that often go unnoticed. These accumulated experiences - little disappointments, repetitive stress, or unresolved grief - gradually compound, leading to significant challenges over time. Acknowledging these layers is essential. Mental health is not just a reaction to major life events, it's your response to an ever changing accumulation of daily experiences and responses. Addressing this means recognizing the early signs of strain, spaces for open dialogue, and resources to support ongoing mental well-being... and asking for help. Friends, family, community.. connection are key. Much of my current situation could have been avoided had I not been spinning... - alone - ...in fear stirred but years of too much loss, overwhelm, burnout, trauma... spun out in fight/flight/freeze dysregulation where problem solving and decision making functions are completely compromised Now - too late - I can see steps that would have prevented the financial collapse, eviction, homelessness, and lawsuits I'm facing Maybe one phone call to a sensible friend... plus a professional counselor or therapist... probably would have prevented the painful entropy I must now endure Then again, there are the complications of high-achieving depression - often misunderstood because it hides in plain sight. Those experiencing it may appear successful, composed, and highly capable, masking their internal struggles behind accomplishments and outward confidence. However, this condition comes with serious complications that can impact both mental and physical well-being over time. Don't neglect the signs.
