Hello! My name is Allison. I'm a wife, mom of three young girls (ages 5, 3, 1), and a mental health therapist just venturing out into private practice after 8 years in a non-profit setting. This season is FULL but there is a lot I'm really enjoying. I'm excited about this challenge because I really really want to contribute more peace and joy to my family and beyond, and I'm sure this challenge will help lay the foundation to do so.
