Your Body Is Speaking... Are You Listening?
How true does this feel? Rate each statement from 0–5: 0 = Not true at all 5 = That's exactly me Add up your score and share your total in the comments! 👇 1. ☐ My body notices stress before my mind does. 2. ☐ I carry tension in my chest, stomach, throat, shoulders, or jaw. 3. ☐ A smell, song, or place can instantly change how I feel. 4. ☐ I replay conversations long after they're over. 5. ☐ I sometimes react more strongly than the situation seems to warrant. 6. ☐ Physical sensations often change as my emotions change. 7. ☐ Unexpected memories pop into my mind during quiet moments. 8. ☐ I tend to analyze my feelings instead of noticing where I feel them in my body. 9. ☐ When I slow down and pay attention, my body tells me what it needs. 10. ☐ I believe my body is trying to protect me—not work against me. ✨ What's your total? Drop your score below! (Maximum = 50) Today's lesson is all about why these signals matter—and how learning to follow them can help you uncover the deeper patterns your nervous system has been holding onto. 🌿

Yeesh, well, that's a little bit embarrassing! I'm in the low 40s, and I'm also not entirely surprised. I think I spent so many years in the corporate world ignoring my body signals and the gut reaction. It wasn't until I made managing director that I started allowing emotion to come back in more often and realized that my nervous system isn't just some self-care tool, it's actually a strategic asset. Over the last three years, I've spent more time paying attention to this and paying attention to my body, but I definitely still have a long way to go.

Quick question before you open today's lesson. Right now — without thinking too hard — where do you feel stress in your body? Not a memory. Not a story. Just a location. Chest. Throat. Stomach. Jaw. Shoulders. Somewhere else entirely. Most of us have never been asked that question. We have been asked what we think. What we remember. What we want to change. But not where. Today's lesson is going to change how you answer that question. Head to the Course tab and open Day 8. Then come back and drop two things: 💬 Where did you find the sensation? 💬 Did it move after you tapped — and where did it go? One sentence each. I am reading every one. 🌿

The sensation for me was kind of in my belly. It didn't exactly move, but I did pay attention to it, and for the first time ever, I actually categorized its size. The first word that came to mind for me was grapefruit. The size of a grapefruit, so that was a cool new experience!
28 Day Root Challenge! Rally Week!
🌿 Rally Week is officially open — and I need you to hear something before we begin. You just got access to something I have never offered at this price. Ever. Every Saturday Live Clearing event in this challenge — where I guide the group through a real EFT session on Zoom and we actually clear something together — that normally costs $30 per person. Every single time. This challenge has four of them. That is $120 in live clearing work alone. Add in 28 days of daily practice delivered to your inbox every morning. A full skill progression that teaches you how to find, clear, and release what your nervous system has been carrying. A companion kit. And this community. All of it — for $7 this month only. This normally lives inside our Mastery Circle at $47 a month. After July that price moves to $99. And this challenge moves with it — meaning this is the only time it will ever be available outside of that tier. You made a really good decision today. Now — I want to know who is in this room with me. Drop a comment below and tell us: 👋 Your name 📍 Where you are joining from 🌿 One thing you are hoping to release or clear this month 💛 One word for how you are feeling right now — excited, nervous, ready, all of the above This is a safe space. I read every single comment personally and I will be responding all week because I want to know exactly who I am walking into this challenge with. Rally Week is five days of gentle orientation before the real work begins July 6th. Nothing hard this week. Just arrive, breathe, and introduce yourself below. I am so glad you are here. 🌿 — Jackie

🌿 Root Challenge · Day 6
We just need the neural pathways to fire. We do not need to catch ourselves on fire. When you tap in a room full of regulated nervous systems — even a virtual room — your nervous system does not just process the charge. It borrows the calm. That is co-regulation. Your nervous system receives a signal from every other regulated nervous system in the room. And that signal says something it rarely gets to hear. You are not alone in this. And you are safe. From that place — that felt, physiological place of safety — the release goes deeper. The pathway fires. The charge moves. And the change does not just bring relief. It lasts. Because the deeper layer moved too. The one that believed you had to carry this alone. 💬 Think of a time someone else's calm helped you find yours. What did that feel like in your body? Drop it below. 🌿

I hadn't thought about it that way, and I wasn't able to join the tapping, but this post reminds me of a couple of breathwork sessions that I've been to with John Paul Crimi and being around others who were doing the same thing. Being around others who were calm, or even in leadership team meetings when there were really heated discussions, but there were one or two people who were very calm and grounded. That changes the tone of the entire room.
🌿 Root Challenge Day 5: 10 Things About "SAFETY"
It's easy to discount the state of your nerves. But here's how "safety" impacts every part of your life: 1. Your nervous system doesn't separate emotional stress from physical stress—it responds to both. 2. Unresolved events don't just live in memory. They can keep your body braced for a danger that's already passed. 3. That bracing shows up as tension, digestion issues, headaches, poor sleep, fatigue—a body that never fully relaxes. 4. Your symptoms aren't proof you're broken. They're often signs your nervous system is still trying to protect you. 5. The bigger the emotional event, the more support your nervous system may need to process it. 6. Overwhelm, numbness, distraction, the urge to quit—these are protective responses, not failures. 7. This is co-regulation: your nervous system can borrow safety signals from another calm, regulated person. 8. That's why guided EFT can help where solo tapping hits a wall—your brain gets new information: "I'm safe enough to stay present." 9. As your nervous system learns the danger has passed, it stops working so hard to protect you—and that shift shows up emotionally, mentally, physically. 10. Tomorrow isn't about pushing harder. It's about giving your nervous system what it needs to finally let go. Your turn: Have you noticed a stressful season show up in your body—tight shoulders, headaches, stomach issues, poor sleep, fatigue? Looking back, what was your nervous system trying to protect you from? 🌿
