What's One Daily Habit You'd Recommend to Every Entrepreneur?
Not five habits, not a whole routine. One single thing you do daily that you believe gives you an edge. What's the one thing you'd bet on?

Exercise. I feel so awake mentally and physically and socially after doing a group session. But even going for a run is great!
Hello from Melbourne.
Hello my name is Alison from near Melbourne in Australia. I have had some small businesses and ventures, nothing taken off or current though. Hope to learn from others and share my experiences.

I have strong passions in health and fitness, but not just fitness to look good but results oriented fitness towards a specific sport or goal. Looking good is a bonus of this. I have found the main barrier to people achieving their goals in this area is psychology, time ( how they see fitness in relation to their other goals) and mental health. People can achieve amazing results and reach amazing heights if everything is in place. I work with people with mental health snd related disorders. I would like to make a business around this but unsure of template, demand, need, pricing, frameworks etc
Ideas on vending machines
I visited Japan and South Korea recently and travelled extensively in Tokyo, Seoul and tiny towns and was amazed at the number and location of vending machines. And in places hundreds in a row. In Australia we are pretty boring and just have soft drinks and snacks and occasionally find some ones selling phone chargers. Japan’s are next level though. i wonder on a business level and community mindset how they are do successful. I know I bought from them as very cheap compared to Australia’s high prices. Wondering as someone mentioned it as a business to me.

My thoughts were around the k-pop scene which is y and growing in Australia. Music, culture, toys, themes etc. i work a lot with young people which spend a huge amount on consumables, collectables. I looked into vending machines in the past and it was cost thing as they are expensive and yes the risk of vandalism, maintenance etc I am looking at making money on platforms through contracting my skills. I am hoping to see what people are looking for and need.
$1000 in a week?
If you had to generate $1,000 in a single week starting from zero, what’s the play? I’ve seen a lot of talk about "long-term brand building," but I want to know about the high-leverage "sprints" that have actually worked for you guys. I wanna try something that has worked for your'll. document the whole journey here with the wins and failures.

I think to package up your services, prepaid and get a few people to pat for it. A simple example is a PT selling their PR lessons. You get the money upfront from s few clients straight away, then schedule the sessions later. So you could get the money today and then arrange the time in the future. Online it could be similar online. Pay for a service or product upfront that is simple to deliver and get the money upfront.

Hello @Aysha Hamna Nuwaiser yes it has. PT sessions in Australia for proper PT anyway, that is results orientated are around $80 each. If you bundle it and presell it you receive the money upfront. It worked for me as a client about 4 years ago to get back to fitness after a long break. Gave me focus, a plan, a buddy and an accountant-ability partner. Since then I have achieved amazing fitness goals. I have ran a half marathon after a very long break of running, my first marathon. Learnt how to box, with no previous martial arts training and competed in a real boxing match that was streamed live on Youtube. I did lose, I don’t know if I have the ‘psychology’ for boxing. But if went the rounds and it was a good fight. But next goal is to return to Athletics and break records in my events. To let everyone know i pive fitness now
