Fully System Reset was originally called The Purge, but I didn't want to scare people away with the title so opted to give it a little adjustment with the naming, but the objective and outcome is still the same... to push the giant red reset button and purge our individual and collective struggles to make room for that inner light to come shining through ❤️ It's like spring cleaning, but for your mind, body, and soul. I just decided to enroll as a fully certified breath coach with Brian! Started a bit late with the current group, but I will catch up fast. Watch for big things to come. This dovetails with my other offering of “Awakening Through Sexuality” that I have built. Breathwork and working through our societal shame to return to our self loving birthright is a very important step in the awakening process. People are awakening fast and very many beautiful paths are popping up everywhere. Amazing days ahead!
Aloha everyone, I also just joined last Sunday and taking the full course and loving it. As I'm way behind, I tend to rush thru a bit, but I can always come back to and now I'll take it more easy, 2-3 hours a day if I'm free. Anyway, very happy to be here as I've always believed in the power of breath as a former Yoga instructor and Buddhist practitioner. One question: due to the different time zones, when Brian goes live at 8am Bali time on Mondays, it's the middle of the night here in Europe, 2 am. Is there anyone else having problems with that? Maybe we could ask Brian to do it later, like 3 pm Bali time? What do you think? Wishing you a breathful Sunday 😃
