@Wanakee Eames Amen, thank you for sharing.... I too was lukewarm. My oldest son at the age of 19 pointed it out to me. I am so very grateful that he was bold enough to let me know. The last 5 years have been great getting to know our Lord and Savior! I pray blessings on your life in Jesus Mighty Name Amen and Amen!

Abiding in Christ Daily
In the middle of our busy lives, it’s easy to feel disconnected—pulled in different directions, overwhelmed by responsibilities, and distracted by the noise around us. But Jesus gently reminds us of something simple yet powerful: abide in Me. To abide in Christ is not about perfection—it’s about presence. It’s choosing, every single day, to stay connected to Him in both the quiet and chaotic moments. It’s in the small, intentional acts: ✨ A whispered prayer before starting your day ✨ Pausing to read His Word, even for a few minutes ✨ Trusting Him in situations you can’t control ✨ Surrendering your worries and choosing faith over fear When we abide in Him, we are not striving—we are resting. We are rooted in His love, strengthened by His grace, and guided by His truth. And just like a branch connected to the vine, we begin to grow. Our hearts become softer. Our faith becomes deeper. Our lives begin to bear fruit—not because of our own strength, but because of Him. 🌱 Abiding is a daily choice. A quiet commitment to remain, to trust, and to stay close. No matter where you are in your journey today, remember: You don’t have to do life alone. Stay connected. Stay rooted. Stay in Him. 💬 What helps you stay connected to Christ daily?

I pray every morning with my 5 year old little girl, I want her to know she needs to start her days with Christ. I did not do that before and so now it also reminds me that I need to start my day with Christ as well. When you start your day with Christ and thank Him for the beautiful day, the day becomes more beautiful! When you pray the blood of Jesus over you, and put on the Armor of God you are protected.... It's amazing how messed up my days are when I forget to do that. I try to remember to do it daily for my daughters sake but there are some days that I forget. I also cover my adult sons and daughter in law. So when I forget I know they aren't protected by my specific prayer so that is why I strive to do it, and also for myself but mostly for the 5 of them.
⚓ Gratitude as a Spiritual Anchor ⚓
When life feels uncertain, gratitude can keep you grounded. It’s easy to focus on what’s missing, what’s delayed, or what didn’t go as planned. But gratitude shifts your perspective—it reminds you of what’s still good, still present, and still working in your favor. 🌿 Gratitude doesn’t ignore reality 🌿 It re-centers your heart in the middle of it 🌿 It helps you see God’s faithfulness, even in small things In difficult moments, gratitude becomes an anchor—steadying your thoughts and calming your spirit. 💬 You may not control everything around you, but you can choose what you focus on. 🙏 Today’s reminder: Pause. Reflect. Give thanks—even for the little things. 👉 What’s one thing you’re grateful for today?

My relationship with the Lord and the blessings only He can provide... There are far too many things to mention. It's just the way you see life... See the good in everything... You got something in your eye, at least you have an eye.... You get my point! I love you Lord, Always and Forever!!!!
🎶 Worship That Flows From Trust 🎶
Worship isn’t just about the songs we sing—it’s about the trust we carry in our hearts. It’s easy to worship when things are going well. But true worship flows deeper when you choose to trust God even in uncertainty. 🌿 When prayers feel unanswered 🌿 When the path isn’t clear 🌿 When life doesn’t make sense That’s where trust becomes worship. Because worship is more than words—it’s surrender. It’s saying, “God, I trust You,” even when you don’t fully understand. 💬 Trust turns fear into faith and worry into peace. 🙏 Today’s reminder: Let your worship come from a place of trust, not just comfort.

Alabaster Box by Cece Williams is the song that comes to mind.... No matter what's going on, God found us in our darkest moment so there is no reason why He wouldn't be working for the betterment of each of us in the hard and quiet times... I love you Lord, thank you always.... No matter what's going on... I love you!!!
Establishing Deep Spiritual Roots
Growth that lasts doesn’t happen on the surface—it starts deep within. In a world full of distractions, it’s easy to focus on what’s visible. But true spiritual strength comes from what’s unseen—your daily connection with God. 🌱 Deep roots are built through: • Consistent prayer, even when it feels quiet • Time in the Word, even when it feels routine • Trusting God, even when life feels uncertain When your roots are deep, storms won’t easily shake you. You may bend, you may feel stretched—but you won’t be uprooted. 💬 Don’t rush the process. Deep roots take time to grow, but they lead to lasting strength and steady faith. 🙏 Today’s reminder: Stay rooted. Stay grounded. Stay connected. 👉 What helps you stay spiritually grounded each day?

The main thing that keeps me grounded is praying with my 5 year old daughter every morning, covering us and others in the blood of Jesus and putting on the armor of God.... That's where it starts, on the days we get busy and forget to do that are the days that are hardest for both of us.
