@Tyquan Carr to do renovations if necessary. Maybe my thought process is wrong, with wholesale or bird dogging I don't need my own money? I am a visual person I need to physically see a wholesale or bird dog deal to build my confidence to talk to people. I did purchase Nicole course. I do not qualify for the mentorship that is what I really need or is my thinking off on that also?
