Nicky Saunders, an AI content strategist, shared a simple but powerful take: start with what’s natural (writing, faceless, etc.), then layer in video gradually. Consistency > forcing yourself into burnout.💡 What clicked for me though was that there are two different games: Comfort and Conversion. I don’t consider myself a natural writer or creative, but I’ve been intentionally choosing to show my face, not because it’s easy, but because it builds trust faster. With my Neighborhood Tech Builder series, I’ve already seen that video shortens the path from attention → trust → action At the same time, I see the power of writing + faceless content for consistency and scale. So now I realize that writing builds depth, video builds trust and the combination builds leverage.
