My clients paid between $30,000 and $100,000 to be in the room where this conversation happened.
You can watch it for free. We just wrapped an identity retreat — the kind where we go deep on who you have to become to scale, not just what you have to do. I handled the game on making real money in your business. Then my clients took over, and what they dropped was worth the price of admission by itself. How to turn extra cash into actual wealth. How to buy property with no money down. How to make sure you don't lose money while you're doing it. The three types of insurance every business owner needs — and the waiting periods that quietly cost people thousands when they don't know they exist. At one point I'm sitting there taking notes on my own retreat, realizing I need a $10 million policy. 🤯 I have pages of notes now. My clients and I are about to run a wealth challenge together to get every one of our assets in order, and I'm genuinely excited about it. Here's the part that gets me: these women paid five and six figures to be in this room and share this. The fact that you can hear the whole conversation for nothing is kind of unreal. Watch it. Take notes. More coming. https://youtu.be/G0GK-pzEIVc?is=eF-hFwj-kAUrUmxB P.S. This is a raw uncut convo. My videographer wasn’t even there I just recorded it on my osmo because it was so good! Like, literally it was 🤯🤯

Impromptu lessons are the best. I will be watching this with a pen, paper and a snack. Thank you @Ashley Kirkwood for always giving us immense value.
🚨 The $24K Lie They Keep Telling About Black Women Entrepreneurs!
For years, the number they quoted about us was $24,000. 🙄 That's the average revenue for a Black woman-owned business. They print it in every article like it's the ceiling. Like it's the whole story. I'm writing this from the Dominican Republic, where I'm hosting a retreat for women of color running companies that span six to eight figures. Let me introduce you to a few of them. Dr. LaQuore J. Meadows — went from food stamps to founding an investment education company and earning her doctorate. She's the CEO of Invest2Give, a #1 best-selling author on stock trading, founder of Stocks & Sorors, and a top-tier trader. Dr. Viola Pierce— the Millionaire Nurse CEO. Twenty-five years of nursing, turned into a movement teaching other nurses to build multi-six-figure businesses. Charaka Cook — CEO of The Cook Group and the #1 female agency manager in her industry, training agents into six-figure earners while helping families build wealth. Ange Matthews— "The Goddess of Wealth," creator of the Happy Investor Method, teaching everyday people to build wealth across stocks, hotels, and real estate. Mechele Ellis — award-winning founder of Creative M.E. Childcare Center, building an educational institution and a community hub from the ground up. Yolanda Boone — a nurse who co-founded an eight-figure healthcare practice and built an insurance business on top of it. Catrina Kraft— the CFO behind multi-million-dollar healthcare ventures, the financial architect who turns practices into scalable, profitable companies. Healthcare. Nursing. Insurance. Investing. Childhood education. Finance. Not one of these women is the exception. Together, they're the room. And look closer at the photo, because this is the part I love most: you don't just see us. You see our teams. These women didn't only build businesses — they built payroll. Career paths for people in our communities who needed someone to bet on them. And here's the thing — this isn't even half of us. The women in this photo are the ones who could make it this week. There are more who couldn't. I messaged one of them just this morning — a WNBA Hall of Famer. This room is a fraction of the circle.

Inspiring! All things are possible to him who believes and I believe. I'm not there yet but soon! Very very soon!

I like the 9-box performance framework. It plots an employees current performance against their future potential.

I would say D because at different stages and for different reasons I can see the benefits in all of them. If I had to choose for me personally B or C would be my choices today.

Stop second guessing myself and just move because there are people half as qualified getting paid to do what I could do better!
