What do we do if a patient is asking for a medication that isn't available at the pharmacies we have setup? Is there a way around that? Thank you

I would make sure we have a protocol for the medication and if we do ask which pharmacy everyone is using. If we don’t the medication I wouldn’t think could be administered or ordered.

GLP-1 patients
Hey everyone, I’m curious if anyone has a good system in place for keeping their GLP patients organized. I am quickly getting overwhelmed with them and unsure of how to stay on top of each patient without letting someone fall through the crack. I have discovered the tag system within IntakeQ but I need something to help flag me for follow ups and refills. Any suggestions would be great! Thank you

I made an excel sheet when you place the date of the GFE the next column will show 90 days after when the next one is due. Then medication order date has the next order date in 4 weeks.

Work flow
Good morning! I am still in the fist week or so of going through all of the material I completed the on boarding videos but needing to get launched here in the next three weeks. I am trying to understand the workflow of everything and the process. From the pt booking and onward. What forms do they need for me to provide? Or is this all in intake q or qualiphy ? Once they make the appointment do I have to send them a link to intake q ? Thank you. Would in person training be helpful with this ? or can we just post questions in this thread as we go ? I don't want to be over posting. thank you.

You can definitely ask questions here. I think the process is going to depend on what services you offer for me it starts with the patient inquiry then I send the intake link (you need there name,DOB,phone#, and email), after that I review the intake make sure it all looks good especially height and weight, then I tell them they will receive a link to the GFE, once they are approved I set up their appointment with my POS system.

@Jenny Rigney ask away that’s what we all are here for! I use Gloss Genius for my booking system it works well for me. IntakeQ doesn’t integrate with the system but once you place their information in IntakeQ they will get the link in their email and text message. I take that information then place it in GlossGenius so my patient gets a total of 3 messages one from IntakeQ (EMR), Qualiphy (GFE), and Glossgenius (POS/Booking).

Hi!! I’m an RN in Oklahoma. I’ve reserved my LLC name (Kissed Aesthetics) and looked at an office space this morning that I think is the one! I need assistance finding an MD so hopefully I can open soon!!
