šTodayās practice is simple and spacious. āEnlarge the place of your tent and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out; do not hold back.ā Isaiah 54:2 - Pray in the Spirit for 5 to 30 minutes. Move at a pace that feels right. - If you donāt pray in the Spirit, simply pray quietly or sit with God for a few minutes. - Then, meditate on the verse. Donāt analyse the verse. Simply notice what the Holy Spirit highlights, a word, a thought, a feeling, revelation or even a resistance. When youāre done, comment ādone.ā
