whenever coach sane say Da da da or ah ah ah I get lost I couldn’t hear the rhythm . I am bat at all kinds of rhythm. What should I do to catch up with this ?

@Shane Peterson my English sound flat . So I am wondering what is the reason? I emphasize certain words but still flat? I guess probably because I forget to take care of unimportant words
