I need your help!
I am not exactly sure what i need to do to unlock the course.. Do i just post in here and receive as many likes as possible? What do I post about? Sorry that i haven't really understood from the pretransformation videos. I've read a few posts in here and you seem like an amazing community. I'm really happy to be here. Any help is appreciated Thanks

I am new here and not quite sure what to do but just start is the best way I find and work it out as I go along. It’s always the starting that’s the hardest so here goes.

Focus, Pace & Learning
I listen to the course videos at 1.5x speed because it helps my interest driven brain focus on the information 🧠♾️😊 (closed captions also help). I’m curious what strategies other people use to support their learning? 🙌💕

I have not started yet but with an adhd brain I have to have two things running so I can focus more on one of them. Sounds weird but works for a lot of the young people I work with too. I call it curve ball learning haha.

Fidget tools work for me too as I struggle to concentrate. Seems to distract my mind from trying and thinking and tricks my brain into thinking I’m not focusing. Not sure that makes sense but just an idea :-)
