Hey guys, Need some advice. I'm planning to do IMCA Class 2 from Jack Dive Chest School south africa. I’ve heard Jack students aren’t getting DoEL tickets sometimes. 1. Is this true? If anyone did Class 2 from Jack recently, did you get your DoEL ticket? 2. Second question: If I qualify Class 2 but don’t get a DoEL ticket, can I still work offshore? Or is DoEL mandatory for visa/work permit? I really appreciates your help.
