Alright AIR Fam — here’s my check-in for today. WIN Got up early and hit a solid workout at F45 this morning. Started the day with movement, and it immediately shifted my energy. Felt good to get that early W. STRUGGLE My morning routine has been slipping lately. I’ve been starting the day in “reactive mode” instead of the intentional, grounded start I know helps me the most. NEXT STEP It’s time to lock it back in. I’m setting my alarm one hour earlier so I can get back to moving before work. When I start the day with discipline, everything else flows better.
