Midweek Weight Check + Discipline Audit
Midweek check-in. This is where we tell the truth… not what we intended to do, but what we actually did. Go step on the scale this morning. Log your number. Now ask yourself: Did you actually follow your plan this week? Do you have a plan? • Did you hit your workouts • Did you stay aligned with your nutrition • Did you keep your word to yourself Because the scale is just feedback… your habits are the real result. Some of you are going to see movement. Some of you won’t. But either way, this tells you exactly where you stand. We don’t avoid the data… we use it. Mastery Sunday Reset is Coming ⭕️
Starting in May, I’m going LIVE every Sunday for a quick, effective workout (under 30 minutes) + real coaching. This is your chance to tap into structure, discipline, and consistency… without overthinking it. But I’m building this FOR you, so I need your input. What kind of workouts do you want on Sundays? (Vote below 👇🏾) A. Bodyweight only (no equipment, just you) B. Resistance bands (simple, controlled, effective) C. I’m good with either just have to do some modifications due to a knee injury feom November that hasn’t fully healed

We’ve officially reached 50 members. 🥂 😎 And to protect the quality, accountability, and energy inside this space… the Mastery Circle is now closed. Moving forward, new members will only be accepted on a limited basis and will require a $14/month commitment. This isn’t just a group, it’s a space for women who are serious about mastering their body, habits, discipline, and overall wellness. Starting in May, we’ll begin our Sunday live sessions, where I’ll walk you through structured workouts and foundational principles so you can experience what virtual training with me truly looks like. You’ll also start seeing more: • Structured guidance • Intentional programming • Real accountability • Education that actually moves you forward To keep this space aligned, engagement matters. If you haven’t introduced yourself or contributed yet, I’ll be reaching out personally. After three check-ins, I’ll begin removing inactive members to make space for women who are ready to show up, engage, and grow with us.
